Cause/Solution
Global warming is increasing day by day. What are the causes of global warming and what can be done to eradicate this global problem.
The earth's temperature is rising rapidly, and this shift in climatic conditions is a serious concern caused by several components of global warming. Deforestation and industrial emissions, in my opinion, are the two leading reasons. However, both the government and individuals may still take action to prevent future damage.
The degradation of trees and hazardous emissions are the two primary drivers of global warming. First of all, expanding settlements and cities are harming the woodlands, resulting in forest degradation. Because of this loss of trees, carbon dioxide is not absorbed anymore, hence it lingers in huge quantities in the atmosphere. Another factor is that factories are discharging wastes and harmful chemicals into the environment constantly. These contaminants and CO2 gas have a direct influence on global warming as they collect and absorb solar radiation that has bounced off the earth’s surface, thus trapping the heat, and causing the planet to get hotter.
To resolve this matter, both individuals and governments must work together to find solutions. To commence, the government must restrict industrial emissions of hazardous chemical waste and damaging carbon gases. They should enforce strong laws that force companies to cleanse harmful emissions before emitting them into the atmosphere. Industries must develop ecologically sustainable substitutes for fossil fuels. Aside from the government, every person must also be vigilant. Community awareness programs and campaigns should be planned to inform the general public about the causes and consequences of global warming. In addition, individuals must reduce their reliance on automobiles and increase their usage of public transit.
In conclusion, while forest destruction and hazardous pollutants are pushing the earth's temperature to dangerously high levels, the aforementioned governmental policies and individual efforts would prevent global warming from worsening.
